Thyme Extract Organic

Thyme is a beloved member of the mint family, often found growing in both the wild and in herb gardens worldwide. Fragrant and savory, thyme leaves are often incorporated into culinary dishes. This woody herb has also been used to flavor and preserve beverages. Historically, thyme leaf was thought to signify courage in the Middle Ages and was representative of the virtues of grace and bravery in ancient Greece.

Thyme leaf has a long history in traditional western herbalism for its healthful qualities. It is commonly infused as a tea, combined into herbal syrups, and made into an extract. This lovely, aromatic botanical is revered for its affinity for the digestive and respiratory systems.

With a lovely, enveloping aroma and brilliantly spicy flavor, thyme extract can complement blends such as winter care extract or lung care extract, among others. It can be taken in water or juice or combined with teas like happy tummy tea or spring care tea.

• 8 oz. size comes in an amber glass bottle with a plastic screw cap and does not include a dropper.
• 32 oz. extracts come in plastic bottles with a plastic screw cap.
